House Made is the home of my Cocktail Bitters, syrups and the occasional confectionery delight. At the present time, all creations are being made on a custom basis only.  Past recipes of bottled bitters have included flavours such as cherry with cherry bark; grapefruit; sundried tomato; and chai tea, and I am currently noodling around with some ideas for a Westcoast inspired bitter. On the syrup side of things, I have perfected a flavourful yet balanced Falernum recipe, and use seasonal fruits, herbs and spices in my syrups that work equally well in cocktail and non-alcoholic beverages.
